
Initially, my bread-making journey began simply – baking for family and friends. But in 2021, I made the bold decision to leave my decade-long office career and follow my passion, turning it into a full-time venture.
There’s something magical about creating wholesome, crusty, delicious bread that nourishes both body and soul. Every loaf is baked with care, and the warm feedback from happy customers never fails to make my day.
Fast forward two years, and I now bake nearly 100 loaves a week, along with a tempting variety of pastries and sweet treats. Instead of travelling to markets, you can now find all my bakes in one place – my very own bakery at 16A The Street, Poringland, NR14 7JR – where the oven is always warm and something delicious is always on the way.
