Absolutely superb pastries from the new bakery in Poringland.

If you thought Bread Source and Two Magpies in Norwich are good, then you really need to try these as they are even better. I am very impressed. Well done and keep up the good baking!

We began buying from Fresh Bread Micro Bakery at Ellough Farmers Market some years ago. We have now followed them to their gorgeous bakery in Poringland. Our favourites are the White Sourdough (my husband says this is the best he has ever tasted) and I love their feta and onion focaccia. We have recommended them to all our friends and family so do pay them a visit and treat yourself. Linda and family are always welcoming and I wish them every success in their new venture.

Sorry but I’ve sample Sourdough loaves from many places and I didn’t enjoy the onion loaf I bought from you yesterday. The taste was spot on but the texture was very heavy and solid and crust way too hard.

I may come another day to try again but this is my first visit and rather put off.

Absolutely fantastic bread and pastries, now with a shop of their own. I've been a fan of Linda's breads and other delights for a while now, the quality is always top notch and everything is made fresh and with lots of love. Linda is always welcoming and clearly passionate about what they do at Fresh Bread Micro Bakery, if you haven't already, go and treat yourself - you wont regret it!!

I love Linda's organic breads, especially the olive and onion sourdough loaves, but my favourites are her pastries... Delicious creations with a hint of the Continent. 🙂 I particularly love the cinnamon swirls and the filled croissants. Thank you, Linda!

I discovered Linda's baked goods at the Black Farm Barn market. Its a fantastic event and I bought a delicious loaf of Linda's onion sour dough bread. Highly recommended, baked to perfection, I look forward to seeing Linda again to buy more!
